What is your returns policy?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. After notifying us via the return request form, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. This complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
What condition must the items be in for a return?
Returned items must be unused, undamaged (beyond reasonable inspection), and in their original packaging with all fittings, instructions, and labels included. Items that are damaged, installed, or used beyond checking may have their refund reduced or refused.
Who pays for the return shipping?
You are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please see our Order Issues section for details on damaged or incorrect items. We can organise a collection on your behalf, subject to your postal area, with the associated fee deducted from your refund for your convenience. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Are there any restocking or other fees?
We do not charge restocking fees if you return items within the cancellation period and in acceptable condition. Returns made after 14 days may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% to cover handling and loss of value.
