A year ago we purchased a basin unit from Bathroom Nation and were so pleased with the product that we are now using them again for our second bathroom. On both occasions we found communicating with the company very easy and prompt, particularly with Adam who provides valuable product information. Above all, our order was delivered on time, well packed and complete.The quality of the goods purchased from Bathroom Nation is excellent. Our one-year old Banyetti Vatilla Floorstanding Unit still is in the same pristine condition as it was when delivered, although it has been in daily use ever since. No scratches, no stains, no discolouring. This is the more remarkable because the unit is used also by our teenage son who is not particularly careful and splashes water all over the place.We all love the unit and trust this company - and that's why we are buying from them again. I will start first with Wow excellent customer service! Respond I got in 1 minute, solved my issue in half an hour which with other companies for you would take month to deal! Very nice communication. One only down side that had no visibility about delivery times, but once I wrote on shop question when I need to expect delivery got quick respond with all details.
