All deliveries going to post code areas including but not limited to; PA, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, BT will incur a surcharge even if your order is placed on the website. We will call you and discuss the surcharge and if you do not agree we reserve the right to cancel your full order and refund you.

Small & Medium Packages
All small packaged items will be posted via FedEx, Evri, Royal Mail or XDP. Standard delivery is 3 to 7 working days not including the date of order. Express delivery is 2 to 4 working days (except for some items which are 1-3 working days) not including the date of order. Large & Bulky Items
All large items such as Baths, Furniture, Shower Enclosures will be dispatched on a Pallet Freight Courier. Standard delivery is 3 to 7 working days not including the date of order. Express delivery is 2 to 4 working days not including the date of order. Please allow 1 extra working day as Pallet / Caged Pallet orders can take longer to process. The courier network which will be delivering your items will deliver to the nearest point of entry and will not deliver inside your home. It is the customers responsibility to dispose of any unwanted pallets.
It is also the customers responsibility to ensure help is available to remove items from the pallet and carry them safely into your property. These items are designed to help you transport and store large items from the comfort of your home with peace of mind that you are getting a quality product that is efficient and reliable.
The courier network will usually require a signature and may call the day prior to delivery to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery. They may also call on the day of delivery providing the customer with an estimated delivery time slot, however this is not guaranteed. If the customer refuses delivery, you will not be refunded for delivery to your address and a charge will be levied for return of the order to our distribution centre. We'll help you to stay organized and keep you informed with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order is delivered in a swift and timely manner. If you choose a specific day for delivery please note this will be subject to a surcharge (approx £50) as we do not offer specified day delivery service. This also extends to any customer advising the courier directly of any delivery day changes as the courier then informs us of additional charges and we will pass these on to the customer or advise the courier to deliver on the day they have scheduled as per our standard delivery times. On occasion if a delivery vehicle cannot pass a narrow road or cross a bridge to arrive at the customers address, the customer may be asked to collect from a local depot. In this instance a refund of delivery fee is not applicable as we still pay to dispatch the items via courier networks. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and thank customers for their understanding in this matter.

Plumbing & Installers
We suggest refraining from reserving any plumbing/installation services or engaging in any preparatory work until you have obtained all the items in your order and reviewed them. Bathroom Nation is not responsible for any tradesmen costs, indirect losses or damages in any form.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is scheduled and not received due to a customer's negligence, a redelivery fee will be charged and must be paid before the courier attempts re-delivery. Bathroom Nation does not take responsibility for missed deliveries, as customers are sent an email indicating their order is en-route. Typically, customers' orders will arrive within two or three business days of the notification email.
Refused Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, the courier may call the customer prior to delivery of the order. In some instances it may not be possible for the courier to contact the customer prior to delivery and they may arrive without notice to make delivery of your goods. If the customer refuses to accept delivery either over the telephone or at the doorstep, Bathroom Nation reserve the right to levy a full delivery and collection charge for the order before a refund is provided. This is due to the fact the courier will charge us for a failed delivery and to return the order back to our warehouse. Although Bathroom Nation may only charge a maximum of £39.99 for pallet deliveries at the point of sale, the actual cost to us for delivery will vary and as such is absorbed into the cost of goods. However when the order is refused and the order has been returned to us, please note the charge for delivery & return will be the full amount we are billed from our courier. This can be up to £100+VAT one way so you are advised to be entirely sure to order correct items to avoid unnecessary charges.
Damaged Goods
If you have received an item which is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours for Baths, shower screens, vanity units and any other large item. Smaller items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving them. Failure to adhere to these terms will void any claims being made against Bathroom Nation, our delivery partners and/or the manufacturer. Any form of damage should be reported to us prior to installing any items as by installing the items you are confirming the item is in an acceptable condition and item has no issues. This is also in line with our delivery partners and manufacturer/suppliers terms and conditions. Read more about Damages on our Returns and Refunds page. All customers are encouraged to check their goods on delivery to avoid any future dispute regarding damages. If this is not possible please note we allow up to 72 hours for reporting damages on most goods and 24 hours for large items as specified above.
